What a big difference! I brought my daughter, Carrie to Dr. Ong four years ago. Her teeth were in really bad shape. Dr. Ong said that her teeth were too big for her small mouth. When I was 12 I fell off my bike and landed on my two front teeth. I had a bad experience with the dentist it hurt badly from the injections to numb my gums, it left me scared after that. I worked up the courage to go back at 17 years only because I wanted to go to the prom and didn’t want to go with silver crowns. I went in for white crowns that I recently had removed by Dr. Lilian Ong after 37 years! She would from time to time encourage me to come in to replace the crowns that were too big and bright compared to my other teeth. Inside I couldn’t agree with her more, but I was really nervous about the whole process. I was feeling more and more self conscious since my other teeth were discolored against the bright crowns. I asked her to give me assurance that it wouldn't hurt.
Well here I am today, I had my teeth whitened and had both crowns removed and my new crowns put on and I attest it did not hurt at all. Just the normal inconvenience of coming in sitting and waiting, but no pain. I cannot believe I waited so long. I feel happy and relieved that it turned out fine. I knew I could trust Dr. Ong when she said she would make sure it wouldn’t hurt. Dr. Ong has been our family dentist for 28 years. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for our family of four.

A dental professional I my community recommended Dr. Ong’s office, so I started going there and have stayed for about a decade, even though it is a 30-minute drive from my home. My husband goes now, too, after avoiding dentists for many years! He says Dr. Ong's staff is considerate of his pain levels. To make this a full family experience, my daughter, son-in-law and their school-age children also go to Dr. Ong’s office. We feel the professionalism and friendliness of the staff make it worth the drive. If that isn’t enough to convince you, Dr. Kris found a suspicious spot on my tongue and saved my life. I am cancer-free because of her and my regular teeth cleaning appointments, which caught the problem early.

I have suffered with a TMJ problem for over 30 years. The TMJ specialist I went to alleviated the initial pain with splints that were changed every 2 weeks for about 3 months. Then I was on my own. My regular dentist did not suggest any other treatment or braces, he just said, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." So I suffered with the pain in my jaw and the awful clicking. I finally decided to go on my own and to seek an Orthodontist who could help me. After going to 5 different doctors, I was embarrassed when one of them said "You don't have enough money to fix these teeth." So I just accepted the pain and the clicking and the sore jaw. Finally 3 years ago I received a card in the mail to try Invisalign from Dr. Ong. I didn’t know anything about it, but I went and had a consultation.
At Dr. Ong's office her staff put me at ease right away. When I met Dr. Ong, her gentle ways made me feel like I was in very competent hands for the first time in a long time. I felt very comfortable with the explanation of the product and the financing and proceeded with the treatment. I was amazed at the outcome but with Dr. Ong’s guidance I knew I needed more treatment once the teeth were straight. She has begun replacing the old crowns with new ones that have corrected the clicking jaw. What a joy to have that horrible feeling in my jaw gone. Even though I am not finished yet, I have more confidence, less pain, and look forward to my appointments. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Ong and her staff. I know that by the time all the work is complete I will be pain free and ever grateful to Dr. Ong. I suggest to everyone that they go and see Dr. Lilian Ong, the BEST DENTIST EVER!

I want to thank you for all your skill and commitment to cutting edge dentistry. When you told me I had a cavity under a filling and that my tooth wall was too thin to support another filling I was very disappointed. Then you told me about a new technique where you can put a computer sculpted filling in the tooth that is stronger than a regular filling while maintaining the integrity of my tooth. I was so happy that you would be able to save my tooth structure.
After you removed the old filling and prepared my tooth I was amazed that you only took a few pictures then made a few adjustments to the image and fed the data into the computer and then the computer cuts a 3 dimensional filling that you placed into my tooth. I said PLACED, there was no tapping, no resurfacing, no blue paper, and no further drilling. Your technique was flawless. This reminds me of how you described the composite was made for my filling. They make the filling out of powder causing the composite to have a more solid structure. It is solid because there is little room for air pockets to be created within the filling. So I feel like my tooth is actually stronger because of this new technology and I love how accurate the dimensions are for my fillings. You can do all my fillings this way if you like.

New to the California area, my husband and I have been searching for a place of worship. Visiting the Christ’s Church of the Valley on Sept. 4th, we saw several booths set up. I noticed at the information center a Christian business directory and picked one up thinking it might come in handy. It did!
On Monday night, Sept 6th while eating dinner, I felt something sharp pressing my gum. I thought it was food between my teeth. After picking and flossing, I discovered the tooth to be loose on one side. I knew I needed to have it checked right away.
Praise God, who prompted me to pick up the directory the day before. I saw two dentists listed: Dr. Ong, who had listed her specialties with an additional ad and the other dentist, who listed only an address and phone. Being hesitant for anyone to work on my teeth, I picked the dentist with the most credentials, Dr. Ong. No surprise to God.
It was evening when I called the office. I got the answering machine and was glad to hear they take walk-ins. I left a message that I would be in at 9:00a.m. opening time.
Tuesday morning they called to say I could get in with another dentist in the office or Dr. Ong the following day. I was hesitant, but was suggested to me to come in and get it diagnosed. So I went in at 11:30. Being a new patient, I had paper work to fill out and one place asked if I had any concerns about being at the dentist. I stated that I like to be numbed slowly.
I proceeded to the x-ray chair. X-rays didn’t show much, but this other little camera did. My tooth was broken in half. I had no other choice, but to have it pulled. Everyone I saw was concerned for me. They took a lot of time explaining my options and being so patient with me in answering all of my questions. Everyone was so sweet and kind.
God is amazing how He cares for us!!! Dr. On did the procedure, there was absolutely no pain whatsoever through out the whole process!! The numbness never had the &fat& feeling. My mouth was normal as I left the office. There was no swelling or bleeding!!!
I knew God had used this place, this staff, and Dr Ong this day, Sept 7th for me. God answered my prayers and I thank Him for using His own children to help me. The fruits of His Spirit were abundantly noticed!!

Dr. Ong, Dr. Chris and their office staff are very friendly, professional and ethical. My husband and I go there regularly for dental cleaning. Both of us are very satisfied with their professional service. My two kids also go there for their orthodontic treatment. They got their braces done there. Dr. Ong is very patient, very ethical, and her payment plan is very reasonable and affordable. Overall, I would say without any hesitation that Dr. Ong and her staff are very ethical and professional. I really appreciate what Dr. Lilian Ong has done for my teeth and my smile. She is willing to work with my budget and different options of treatments were explained to me. I am very happy with the dentistry she has done for me and the end result. I definitely recommend her office and her staff to all my friends and families. They are very caring people, they do not rush you in and out like a number. What I am really impressed with about the office is the experience that I have in this dental office. The cleanliness, professionalism and the care the doctor and the staff have given to me were outstanding. I DO NOT FEEL HER SHOTS at all, because she jiggles your lip while she is administering the local anesthesia.
She makes sure that you are totally numb before she starts her procedures. I had my teeth pulled by her and I did not feel any pain, it was quick and easy. I was a dental phobic before, but the experiences I have with doctor Ong have given me back the courage to go see a dentist. Choosing the right dentist will make your visit to that dentist enjoyable trip, I definitely love coming to this office.

I have always been nervous going to the dentist and because of that I didn't go as often as I should. Coming here has changed my attitude. Everyone is bright and pleasant and they truly care. I am so comfortable now they have to wake me up to work on me. I used to be embarassed of my teeth but my teeth have never looked so good. I can smile with confidence.
